Good quality, delivery took a while
I ordered a personalised bridal robe for myself and 5 bridesmaid robes. The ordering process online was pretty straightforward, picked the sizes and colors easily enough. Personalisation text was clear. It took about 10 days for them to ship, then another 5 days to reach Denver. So, plan ahead if you need them by a certain date. The robes themselves feel nice, the satin is soft and the lace trim on my bridal robe was a pretty touch. The customisation came out well, no spelling errors or crooked lettering. Usability-wise, they were comfortable for getting ready on the big day. Customer support was okay when I emailed about the shipping time, they responded within 24 hours with an update.

Nice products, delivery could improve
I purchased a set of personalised pyjamas for my maid of honour and myself. The customisation options were great, and the fabric feels soft and comfortable, definitely what I was hoping for based on the pictures. The pyjamas looked really nice in our getting-ready photos. My main gripe was the delivery time. It said 7-10 business days for personalisation and then shipping, but it ended up being closer to three weeks from order to arrival. While the product quality is high and I'm happy with the items, they could definitely improve on setting more realistic delivery expectations or speeding up their processing. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the delay, but the wait was still a bit long.
